• implementing and perfecting Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 22000:2005 norms,
• conducting business operations in compliance with the binding law provisions, in particular, regulations concerning food safety,
• engaging all employees in timely handling of customers' orders,
• proper assessment and qualification of suppliers upon consideration of the technical and hygienic standards of every given plant,
• promoting and maintaining an adequate technical and hygienic standard for both external and internal infrastructure,
• maintaining good manufacturing and hygienic practice in the scope of manufacturing packaging, with an emphasis on direct food contact packages,
• employee training courses and awareness-raising programmes regarding potential threats and assuming responsibility and their role in the Integrated Management System.

For the purpose of satisfying all of the general objectives: the high quality of services, the hygienic safety of products and the personnel’s competence, the company’s Managements Board decided to implement and certify the Integrated Management System in compliance with the following norms:
